We believe that you can do it faster and more efficiently in tandem. For this reason, this format appeals especially to HR and L&D managers in companies, as well as startups with high product and market maturity. The Fast Track program is aimed at companies that want to get to know innovative startups in the fields of Edtech, HR Tech and New Work or have concrete challenges for which new approaches to solutions are sought: It is our accelerator program for innovation needs. 

Some frameworks create optimal conditions for successful participation in matchmaking. The willingness to open co-innovation is essential for the program, because it thrives on the openness of the participating companies. Their willingness to share experiences, challenges and also assistance is a requirement for the success of the program. Financial and time commitment closes the framework. Since the program is designed as a cohort program, each participant should commit to attending all three sessions. 

Through 1:1 sessions with startups and pitch events, we enable optimal matchmaking. We systematically scout relevant startups in the areas of HR, New Work and EdTech and find custom-fit solutions through targeted pre-selection. By accompanying PoC we increase the chances of success by supporting startups in cooperations.
