As an Event-Manager, you will be supporting to build relationships and serving our members and partners by planning, organizing, managing and coordinating various types of events. You will: 

• Be responsible for our events to build community and boost brand awareness 
• Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

Your challenge:

You will support planning, preparation, executing and overseeing all aspects of projects and programs in order to successfully meet the objectives on time and within resource, in accordance to the specification agreed with the Program Managers.

You will assist the activities of our Program Managers by

• coordination of projects, schedules and track progress
• create presentations and documents for the programs
• plan, organize and support the execution of workshops
• gather feedback from program participants and summarize results of the program
