Program Timeline

How to use and track your data

Data is the foundation of every scalable company. Without understanding how users interact with your product, where your growth is coming from, or which parts of your business are underperforming, it is very hard to make smart decisions. During this week, startups will learn how to treat data as a strategic asset and not just as numbers on a dashboard.

Scaling requires focus, and data is what drives prioritization. By learning to collect and analyze data correctly, startups can avoid costly mistakes, iterate faster, and improve their products according to what their customers truly want.

Week 1: Workshops – July 14–15

Access to talents

People are at the core of any scalable business. As startups grow, the need for talented, motivated, and aligned team members becomes critical. This week, the content will focus on how to approach hiring strategically: understanding not only how to find great talent but also how to onboard, retain, and comply with regulations to employ them. Founders will gain clarity on how the hiring process looks like in Germany.

Moreover, at Campus Founders in the heart of the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn, we are proud to be part of an incredible ecosystem that connects startups, students, recent graduates, and tech professionals eager to contribute to innovative projects.

Week 2: Workshops – July 21, Networking Fair – July 22

Access to clients

No matter how great the product is, a startup without customers does not scale. Week 3 will be about creating and optimizing market research. Startups will explore a range of methods and tactics that can help them reach their ideal customers. The focus will be on how to build a solid pipeline to make conversion.

Week 3: Workshops – July 28–29

Access to Investors

To scale significantly, most startups will need external funding or strategic partnerships, and that requires a clear understanding of the fundraising landscape. Week 4 will prepare the founders to understand and speak the language of investors, build trust through data, and communicate a compelling vision of their business model. From preparing pitch decks to understanding valuation, term sheets, and cap tables, this week will offer practical tools and foundational insights.

But scaling is not only about raising money, it is also about knowing where startups are heading. By exploring different exit strategies, founders learn how to think strategically about the future of their business: acquisition, IPO, or sustainable profitability.

Week 4: Workshops – Aug 4–5, Matching Day – Aug 6 (Pitch to Investors)

May 6th-7th
9:00 am - 5 pm
