We build software that empowers organizations to unleash the business value of digital twins.
Tell us more about yourself, your co-founders and your team.
Our founding team consists of four people. Currently, we have split the responsibilities of RevoAI into Solutions (Products, Services), Technology (Development, Deployment), AI (Algorithm Development, Data Science) and Rest (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Recruiting, Investors, G&A) and created roles for them. My role corresponds to the latter and I was able to bring some experience from previous positions here. It’s the same with the heads of our other areas, who already have many years of industry experience and doctorates in their fields.
What was your motivation for starting RevoAI? Tell us about your journey so far.
Before RevoAI was founded, some of us had been in the digital twins market for over 10 years. During this time, we were able to empower organizations, especially large technology-driven enterprises, to implement digital twins and generate huge added value. However, we also learned about the problems of this technology and how quickly, for example, additional costs arise instead of planned savings. These are exactly the problems we solve with RevoAI.

When will you say “Yes” to achieve your goals and when will you say “No” to achieve them?
I (Gustav) am always saying “yes” when I don’t say “no.” I say “No” if I consider it not viable in terms of time, economics or technology, or if it is against my values.
What is the most important thing you are working on right now and how will it succeed?
The most important thing we are working on are our customers’ challenges. We succeed by repaying their trust in us by delivering value through the tools they need in an easy and fast way.

What was your biggest challenge so far as a founder?
In our role as founders, the biggest challenge so far has been putting together the core team. On the one hand, the challenge was to assess, with a high degree of uncertainty in the solution at that time, how the winning team needs to look like.
What are you the proudest of so far?
Our greatest achievement is gaining the trust of our customers and experiencing the value our product generates for them.
